Due to our continued expansion, we are now looking to recruit a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our Wills and Probate team in Bishop’s Stortford.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration of Trusts and Estates, Tax Planning, Wills, and Elderly Client work.
Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
Engage in business development and marketing activities, including delivering seminars and writing articles.
Provide exceptional client care, demonstrating skill and sensitivity in dealing with the bereaved and the elderly.
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years PQE in relevant areas.
Membership of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Association of Lifetime Lawyers is highly desirable.
Strong communication and IT skills.
Willingness to travel to the London office occasionally and engage with the Spanish specialist team.
