Wills and Probate Solicitor | Huntingdon | Full Time | £40,000 to £70,000 depending on experience

Hunt & Coombs Solicitors take pride in our excellent reputation for delivering high-quality legal services and exceptional client care. Our Private Client team covers a wide range of services, including Will Writing, Powers of Attorney, Inheritance Tax Planning, Probate, and Estate Administration.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • Qualified Solicitor with a Practising Certificate
  • Strong knowledge of Wills, Trusts, and Probate Law
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal issues for clients
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and committed to following office procedures
  • A positive, proactive attitude towards client care and business development

What will your role look like?

  • Provide expert legal advice to clients in areas such as Wills, Trusts, and Probate
  • Assist in business development to grow our Wills, Trusts, and Probate practice
  • Manage client communications, ensuring high standards of client care
  • Ensure matters are brought to a timely and satisfactory conclusion
  • Meet billing targets and contribute to the firm's financial health
  • Actively market yourself and the firm to attract and retain clients
  • Work individually and as part of a collaborative team
  • Stay updated on changes in law and practice, attending training as necessary
