area. As a
Wills & Probate Solicitor , you will be responsible for independently managing your own caseload of clients. Responsibilities:
Providing professional advice on Probate & Estate administration, Inheritance Planning & Trusts. Preparing trustees' resolutions and deeds of appointment of funds. Maintaining close contact with executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and other professionals. Approaching sensitive subjects with friendliness and professionalism. Networking with clients and marketing within the team to generate new business. Attending meetings with clients in their own environment when required. Minimum Requirements:
At least 1 year PQE. Knowledgeable in Capital Gains & Tax Advice, ensuring you keep up to date with new policies and procedures. A well-organised individual with a drive to succeed and progress your career. This
