In-house practice seeks a Private Client Paralegal with experience in Wills and LPAs to join the growing team.
You will be working alongside a small team drafting Wills, LPA and carrying out Probate and Discovery work. You'll be handling all aspects of the client's needs, from ensuring an up-to-date Will is on file, liaising with panel firms regarding a client exacting requirements and to deal with discovery and Probate.
Candidates must have a legal background with a minimum of 6 months experience in Private Client work; any additional experience assisting with Probates or Trusts would be an added advantage.
You will possess excellent communication skills, being able to deal with clients and solicitors on a daily basis, via a variety of methods, providing the very highest level of service to clients.
This role would suit a Paralegal or junior lawyer looking to develop a career, or an experienced Private Client Solicitor, CILEX or Trusts Manager looking to take a step back or is returning from a career break.
