Are you a Private Client Solicitor or CILEX seeking a new role in the Littlehampton area of West Sussex?
You will be joining a small team in this three-partner high street practice, working closely alongside a Probate Partner, a Fee Earner, and supported by two Legal Assistants.
Experience with Probate & Estate work, Trusts, and preparing Wills & LPAs is required, as is knowledge of personal tax liabilities (IHT & CGT). Some experience with COP/Deputyship work would also be advantageous.
Candidates must be IT literate and have experience working with Case Management systems.
Some hybrid working may be considered.
