Wills & Probate Solicitor is required for a multi-office private practice in their head office in Essex. This is an excellent opportunity to join a firm steeped in tradition and history with in the local community.
Due to the current incumbent relocating they are seeking an experienced lawyer to join their very busy wills and probate team. The role will see you taking over an existing caseload of wills, probate, elderly client, tax and trusts using a case management system and with the support of legal support staff you will be given the opportunity to further develop the client base.
This role will suit a qualified solicitor with at least 5+ PQE who enjoys working in a busy environment and where you are encouraged to share ideas and work as part of a friendly team. It is imperative that you are highly organised with the ability to multitask.
In return, our client is offering a competitive salary and a very generous bonus of 25% of billings over 3 times salary. This is a firm with a clear vision for the long term future of its staff and clients.
