Fenestration Manager
to join the branch team in Worthing, West Sussex. Responsibilities:
Window, Conservatory and Composite Door knowledge. Able to create accurate specifications and quotes, and process to order to manufacture for the region. Engage proactively with customers and communicate the benefits of products offered. Work together with the Branch Manager to provide excellent customer service. Provide 1-2-1 training for branch staff onsite and via telecoms / teams. Have a can-do/will-do attitude and work within a small team. Work with the Branch Manager and the rest of the team to achieve branch performance targets. Ideal Candidate:
Will have a friendly, welcoming attitude and possess the energy and passion required to deliver what our clients' customers require. Must have a full valid driving license. Good organisational skills and be IT literate. Trade counter experience within the Fenestration sector.
