Due to current high workloads and continued growth demands, Ace Double Glazing is seeking to employ a full-time Surveyor/Installation Manager to join our successful and dedicated team for an immediate start based in Plymouth. Competitive compensation, a company vehicle, workwear, and favorable terms are offered to the right candidate. All work is within a 20-mile radius. Your primary responsibilities would include completing comprehensive and accurate surveys suitable for manufacturing and installation. You should possess a strong understanding of the latest health and safety regulations and all compliance requirements related to installation. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing fitting teams and completing remedial work. Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the installation process for various projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion Coordinating with contractors and team members to schedule installations and manage resources Conducting site visits to assess project requirements Supervising installation teams, providing guidance and support throughout the process Monitoring project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays that may arise Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in installation and accurate surveys of windows, doors, and conservatories Strong knowledge of installation processes and techniques Excellent organizational and time management skills Effective communication abilities with clients, contractors, and team members Problem-solving skills to address any issues or challenges that may arise during installations Proficiency in using project management software/tools If you possess these qualifications and are a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership skills, we would welcome your application.
