4 week from Monday to Thursday ,

hybrid

and

flexible

working ( typically 2 days a week onsite ) you'll have a balanced work-life schedule while making an impact in a global organisation.

Required skills, qualifications and experience:

Proven experience as an

Infrastructure Engineer

or similar

3rd line support

role

Experience with

Windows Server

(2016/2019/2022),

Active Directory, DNS, DHCP

Experience with

Windows Exchange Server

Proficiency in networking concepts and hardware, including VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, and routers

Strong experience with virtualization platforms ( VMware or Hyper-V )

Understanding of security best practices, backup concepts and disaster recovery planning

Key Responsibilities:

Support & Troubleshoot: Maintain and resolve issues with our server and network infrastructure.

Virtualization: Configure and manage platforms like VMware and Hyper-V.

Systems Administration: Manage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and group policies.

Network Management: Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues (firewalls, routers, switches).

Data Protection: Oversee backup, disaster recovery, and data integrity solutions.

Security Standards: Implement and maintain critical security protocols.

Project Work: Contribute to impactful IT infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate must achieve the appropriate level (SC) of security clearance.
