Would you like to deliver Warehouse Management System solutions for our Global customers and work on all the phases of the application development life cycle? If so, we have the opportunity to work as our WMS Development Consultant at CEVA Logistics. Become part of a well-equipped and balanced development team providing the most high-end and bespoke WMS solutions Contract Logistics has to offer. With over 60 (and growing) major sites in scope there are always new challenges to overcome and innovations to be developed; you’ll be part of the driving force behind that. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Develop and implement warehouse management solutions to enhance/improve the overall IT offering or as a direct response to requests received from the CEVA client/site. Deliver run & maintain activities for Warehouse Management Systems and related applications. Analyze and solve complex IT issues and take a pro-active approach to prevent issues from happening. Support, manage, and develop customer relations. Develop understanding of best practice/innovative solutions by working closely with the technical/professional community within this domain. Use standard analytical tools and rules to determine root cause and resolve the broad range of common system or application problems. Build and develop application expertise to increase quality and scalability of our strategic applications in order to promote continuous service improvement. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Operational experience in a warehousing environment. Technology/domain driven. Strong JDA Dispatcher WMS skills. Experience as an application specialist or super user in the supply chain domain. Knowledge of SQL and/or Linux OS with a keen interest to learn more. Good troubleshooting and analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple complex problems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?
