Children's Home Registered Manager Are you an experienced leader with a passion for working with children and young people? We have an exciting opportunity for an Ofsted Registered Service Manager to provide senior leadership at our client's Children's Homes in Crewe. Join a dedicated team focused on delivering quality care and making a positive impact in the lives of young adults in need! What You Will Need As A Children's Home Registered Manager:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Residential Childcare) or working towards it Minimum of 2 years' experience managing an Ofsted-rated Good or above home Experience working with children and young people aged 16+ with challenging behaviors In-depth knowledge of current legislation (Children's Homes England Regulations 2015, Quality Standards 2015, Children Act 1989, Children Act 2004, Supported Accommodation Regulations 2023, and others) Children's Home Registered Manager Role Details: Location: Crewe Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week Schedule: Monday to Friday with weekend availability Driving License: Required Salary: £50,000 per year, with various bonuses to be discussed during the interview process If this Children's Home Registered Manager role sounds like you, then click apply now!
