£12.50 P/hr About the job We're looking for a Kit Manager to join our team at Rugby Borough Women FC - a women's football team competing in Tier 3 of the National Women’s League. As the Kit Manager, you will provide support to the women’s first team and women’s Development team including: Main Responsibilities: Manage the ordering and printing of training and match kit for players and staff. Manage the transport of equipment and setup and pack down for all home and away match day fixtures. Prepare all match kits in accordance to league and cup regulations to ensure players have the correct kit. Assist with inventory, and ordering of all kit and equipment needed throughout the season in line with the budget allocated. Launder and dry all of the training and match garments after each use. Ensure that all training and match garments are maintained to a high standard and are stored in the correct location. Check for and replace any damaged garments. Ensure that all Kit and Equipment rooms remain a clean and tidy environment to work. Responsible for both individual health & safety and that of those who you are responsible for. Comply with all Club regulations regarding policies, procedures, health, safety, and security. Ad hoc duties related to your role as requested by Management. Personal Specification An interest in women’s football and enthusiasm for developing women’s football at this exciting time. Capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Able to work on own initiative and flexibly.
