Location : Bolton Employment Type : Full-Time Role Overview : As the Marketing Manager leading our womens side of the brand, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive sales, and cultivate customer loyalty. You’ll be part of a dynamic team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and stay ahead of trends in the fashion industry to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of the market. Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with the brand’s vision, seasonal collections, and business goals. Brand Management : Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels, reinforcing our positioning as a leader in fashion and showing clear vision for our womenswear collections. Influencer Campaigns : Overseeing influencer collaborations, ensuring profitable brand awareness and ownership of gifting. Digital Marketing : Lead digital initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and paid media campaigns, optimizing for engagement, traffic, and conversion. E-Commerce Support : Partner with the e-commerce team to enhance the online shopping experience and drive conversion rates/ customer experiences. Market Analysis : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new opportunities and areas for growth. Partnerships & Influencer Relations : Build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and strategic partners to amplify brand visibility and desirability. Event Management : Strategise and plan relevant brand activations to engage customers, press, community and key partners. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Fashion Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the fashion industry or a women’s lifestyle brand. Strong understanding of women’s fashion trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape. Proven success in creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Expertise in digital marketing, including social media platforms, analytics, and SEO/SEM strategies. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics. What We Offer:
