From our club captain: We are looking for a coach who is willing to work with the team at our current level, strengthening fundamentals (not afraid to go back to basics) with a view to building and gradually increasing the complexity of our game. Our sessions should be relatively intense from a fitness perspective and include drills that build skills transferable to gameplay, as well as gameplay run-throughs to ensure that the fixtures aren't the first time we attempt to execute plays as a whole team. It is also very important that the coach is committed and present at all training sessions and our BUCS games.
