Responsibilities: Design, develop and deliver bespoke products for our global customers. Focus on delivering highly effective, day-to-day workshop operations. Liaise with stakeholders, order materials and equipment. Design, manufacture, construct, and recover costs for high-quality bespoke products. Carry out planned and preventative maintenance of workshop machinery. Deliver operational Health and Safety in the workshop. Use traditional woodworking techniques and develop skills with CNC router technology. Contribute to research and development of future products and processes.
Minimum Requirements: Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience in carpentry and joinery. Comprehensive understanding of workshop Health and Safety. Experience in safe use, operation, and basic maintenance of workshop machinery. Hands-on knowledge of spindle moulders, planers, thicknessers, tenoners, table saws, crosscuts, wall saws and other workshop equipment. Ability to interpret professional and technical documents. Prepared to onboard new skills in the use of specialist software systems and tools. Desirable: Experience as a First Aider or Fire Warden; ability to supervise and deliver training to colleagues.
