Wording Manager - Insurance - Claims - Legal Our global client within the insurance industry is looking to recruit a Wordings Manager based in their London office. This role reports directly to the Head of Wordings and will support their underwriting business across all product lines. Key Responsibilities Coach, develop, and motivate direct reports and junior team members Analyse existing and new products, including competitor offerings Create new insurance products and refine existing ones in collaboration with key stakeholders Provide training and share best practices across the business Oversee wordings instructions from various lines of business Manage team-specific projects and contribute to company-wide initiatives Generate reports and present information to upper-level management Requirements Creative thinking ability to provide practical wordings solutions Skill in exploring complex and abstract concepts related to policy coverage Comprehensive understanding of insurance law concepts Understanding of real-world insurance product performance Familiarity with specialty lines products (energy, political risk, marine, PRTC) (desirable) Experience with contract analytics technology tools (desirable) ACII qualification, legal qualification, or working towards such qualifications (desirable) Please apply in the first instance with your CV for more information on this role.
