About the Opportunity We’re seeking a

Work-based Learning Manager

to lead the strategic development and operational delivery of our Work-Based Learning initiatives. You will manage a dynamic team, working closely with academic colleagues—including Deans, Programme Leads, and Careers Leads—to create impactful experiential learning opportunities. These could include micro-internships, flexible internships, summer placements, and volunteering opportunities that enhance employability skills and maximise student engagement. Note:

This hybrid role requires at least one day per month at your closest campus, with additional travel to other campuses as needed. About You We are looking for an experienced professional with: Expertise in work-based learning , gained through supporting placement students in a higher education setting or recruiting placement students or graduates. Strong knowledge of the graduate labour market

and the challenges and opportunities within the higher education landscape. Proven experience in

project management , including planning, prioritising, and delivering results within tight deadlines. The ability to thrive in a

fast-paced, dynamic organisation
