Fully Remote or Hybrid if Local – Tewkesbury, GBR We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Work Stream Lead to join our Transformation Office. The successful candidate will lead the global SAP stabilization and implementation of all relevant processes in the Supply Chain & Logistics areas. This role involves creating and supporting a best-in-class global template design and rollout for the S4 Hana upgrade across various plants. You can be based in the UK, Germany, or the Netherlands. This position offers flexibility to accommodate fully remote, hybrid, or onsite work, depending on the incumbent's location, and involves up to 30% travel. Key Responsibilities: Lead the global SAP stabilization and implementation processes. Develop and configure process structures in alignment with key stakeholders and business analysts. Gather functional requirements, implement, test, and coordinate all applicable areas of functional overlap. Engage and develop strong working relationships with major influencers and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements for each country and site. Verify SAP configuration in accordance with program standards. Collaborate with deployment teams across different global locations. Provide hands-on SAP knowledge and advise key users on SAP solutions. Conduct workshops, document implementations, and ensure knowledge transfer. Act as a change agent to support business process adjustments. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a business-related IT or manufacturing field. 10+ years of SAP functional experience working in SAP ECC 6.0 and/or S/4 Hana (ideally the latter). 5-6 years of domain experience in Manufacturing (Discrete Manufacturing Industry preferred). End-to-End SAP S/4HANA implementation experience in a lead or solution architect role. International project experience (Global Template + Multi-Country Rollout) preferred. Knowledge of 3rd party system integrations to manufacturing and other applications is a plus. Strong understanding of SAP MM module and related supply chain activities. Experience with SAP DM (ME), Siemens Team Center, BOMs, routings, demand management, and forecasting. SAP Certification is an added advantage. Fluent in English (spoken and written); a second language is an advantage. Skills and Competencies: Ability to analyze complex business processes and provide appropriate system solutions. Strong implementation experience in MM and QM modules. Knowledge of Fiori Apps and SAP S/4HANA innovations. Excellent communication; able to engage with user communities from differing countries / cultures in order to convert user requirements into functional specifications. Ability to work with global teams in different time zones and adapt to various cultures. Excellent planning and organizational skills – able to progress tasks independently or work well as part of a team to meet department delivery commitments.
