Functional Data Specialist

to join our team, contributing to the design and implementation of cutting-edge SaaS solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide subject matter expertise in

HCM

or

Financials

data structures and processes to guide functional, technical, and integration designs. Conduct gap analyses and document system requirements, such as Low-Level Designs (LLDs), impact assessments, and privacy documentation. Analyse raw data to provide meaningful insights and feedback to programme leads. Support data migration activities throughout test cycles and cutover phases. Design and configure setups, functions, processes, and templates tailored to data structure requirements. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to validate system requirements and ensure seamless implementation. Oversee incident and request management to support ongoing programme operations. Facilitate testing and delivery of system upgrades and change requests. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing training, advice, and support as required.

What We're Looking For:

Specialist knowledge in HCM or Financials

within a cloud or SaaS environment, such as Workday, Oracle, or similar platforms. Experience documenting system requirements and functional specifications for enhancements and regulatory changes. Expertise in analysing and optimizing data structures to support business and technology solutions. Proven ability to facilitate SME discussions and drive collaborative problem-solving. Track record of managing the lifecycle of enterprise systems, including design, testing, and implementation. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of Human Capital Management or Financial processes and tools. Desirable skills: Oracle eBusiness R12 or Fusion, PL/SQL, JavaScript, BI Publisher, Agile, ITIL, and relevant certifications.
