As a Workday PRISM & Reporting Product Lead, you will be responsible for designing and building PRISM and complex Workday reports within our products for our clients. This will transform their Workday experience and provide complex insights into their data based on both customer requirements and our own best practices.

You will work as part of a delivery team responsible for cases for customers of all sizes, across multiple industries. You will be a lead within the Reporting & Analytics space and provide mentorship and oversight to more junior team members.

You will join the team with experience in the following areas: PRISM, Advanced, Matrix, Trending and Composite Reporting, Dashboards, Discovery Boards, Worksheets and building complex Calculated Fields. This role is vital in transforming customers’ Workday data into information that can drive their business decisions.

As a Workday PRISM & Reporting Product Lead, you’ll have the opportunity to:

Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand needs

Work with our Solution Architects and Product Manager on the design of the product

Develop reporting solutions varying in complexity

Design, configure, test, validate and migrate reports for clients

Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practice

Contribute to internal Reporting & Analytics goals and initiatives

Provide mentorship to more junior Consultants

Work closely with other Reporting Consultants to configure unique solutions

Maintain your Workday Certifications

Gain knowledge in new Reporting & Analytics features

We're looking for someone with:

Workday HCM or Financials Certification

PRISM Certification

3+ years of Workday Reporting & PRISM experience

General knowledge in all Workday functional areas

Strong experience in Advanced, Matrix, Trending and Composite Reporting

Experience with Dashboards, Discovery Boards and Worksheets

Experience in Financials reporting is desirable

Experience leading a Reporting project is desirable

Strong understanding of the Report Writer Model in Workday

Proven ability of working with multiple clients and maintaining workload

Familiarity with Big Data technologies is a plus

Excellent customer focus, able to assess customer needs and manage customer expectations

Excellent communicator, able to communicate with customers and build relationships

Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize work based on SLA and case complexity

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions
