We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday Senior Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday HCM and other Workday modules, strong technical skills in integration, reporting, and configuration, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment. As a Workday Senior Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement enhancements and integrations within the Workday platform to meet the evolving needs of our organization. What you will do Key responsibilities: Develop & Configure: Lead development and configuration efforts across Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and others as required. Integration Development: Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), and Web Services. Custom Reporting & Dashboards: Create custom reports and dashboards to support business insights, using Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, and Workday Prism Analytics. System Enhancements & Optimization: Analyze current configurations and integrations to identify opportunities for enhancements, optimizations, and automation. Technical Documentation: Maintain and create detailed documentation for system processes, customizations, and integrations. Testing & Troubleshooting: Conduct unit and integration testing, troubleshoot system issues, and provide solutions for timely resolutions. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with business needs. Mentoring & Training: Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers and HRIS team members, promoting knowledge sharing and team growth. Compliance & Security: Ensure all developments adhere to Company Policies, regulatory compliance, and security standards. What you need to succeed Requirements Must Have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience. 3-5+ years of experience in Workday development, configuration, and integration. Expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, Web Services, Workday Extend and Report Writing. Proficient in building and maintaining Workday Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and advanced reporting techniques. Familiarity with Workday Extend, Security, Business Process Framework, and Configuration. Experience with data migration, data transformation, and error troubleshooting within the Workday ecosystem. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. Excellent communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. Nice to have Certifications:

Workday Certifications in areas such as Workday Integration, HCM, or Payroll. Experience with Workday Prism Analytics, Extend or other advanced data reporting tools. Prior experience in a similar role within a fast-growing organization. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and experience in an Agile environment.
