We are looking to strengthen our Construction team with a Working Foreman/Site Supervisor based across our sites in the Midlands region. You will report directly to the Site Manager and your role will involve leading the site staff and resources to complete construction and installation in the most efficient manner, to the specification and within the allowed time, without risk to the health and safety of all concerned and providing a quality end product, ensuring good customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Implementation of the Quality, Safety and Environmental Policies and Targets. Comply as appropriate with the processes and procedures contained within MWH. Suggestions of improvements to the MWH systems when they become apparent. Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with regulations and compliance with the Company safe working practices. Work closely with the Site Manager to deliver work alongside the RAMS and suggest improvements. Implement the latest Health & Safety regulations and legislation. Ensure all labour, plant and materials are requested in a timely manner to ensure delivery of the contract programme. Keep abreast of Employment Law and Regulations.
