Workiva Implementation Specialist
to support clients in setting up and integrating their Workiva platform for ESG and CSRD compliance. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Account Direction and Analysis team, managing both new and existing client implementations to ensure seamless onboarding and configuration to the Workiva Platform. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Workiva platform, aligning with client-specific ESG and CSRD requirements. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to configure workflows, data integration, and reporting frameworks. Provide guidance on best practices for platform utilization, ensuring clients maximize the value of Workiva’s capabilities. Requirements Fluency with the Workiva platform. Workiva Certification, ideally having worked with the ESG part of the platform and the CSRD module. Proven experience in implementing Workiva solutions, with a focus on sustainability reporting and compliance. Strong communication skills to help deliver projects and comfort in a client-facing capacity in terms of being on calls to support Account Directors. The ability to manage timelines and work to deadlines to deliver tasks effectively.
