Inside IR35 - 2 days a week onsite In this role, you will lead propositional development, customer experience journey mapping, and collaborate with stakeholders across the group to conceptualize change and new ways of doing things. This position is creative and innovative, requiring you to think differently and push the boundaries of current experiences to build compelling new propositions and experiences. A significant part of your job will involve working with colleagues to gather and validate requirements, presenting them in a clear, concise, and structured manner. While the wider team is responsible for interior design, this role is focused on experience design and strategic vision setting. We are looking for a human-centric design and strategic thinker who can integrate corporate strategy and colleague insights to shape a brilliant experience that meets multiple objectives.
