Location: Salisbury (Onsite, 5 days a week)

Clearance Required: Security Check (DV) clearance

The role: We are seeking a highly skilled Active Directory (AD) Engineer to join our growing End User Experience UK department. This is a unique opportunity to support high-profile clients in a dynamic, collaborative, and inclusive environment where innovation and learning are at the heart of everything we do.

What You'll Do:

Lead technical delivery and provide innovative solutions aligned with our strategic roadmap.

Support BAU Engineers with advanced troubleshooting, data analysis, and reporting for application and infrastructure environments.

Automate server/infrastructure tasks using PowerShell to improve efficiency and audit capabilities.

Manage and maintain Active Directory Services, including DNS, AD Federation Services (ADFS), Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).

Oversee domain controller configurations and support production, pre-production, and development environments.

Contribute to migrations and synchronization of on-premises AD objects to Entra.

Champion best practices, such as Role-Based Access Control and the principle of least privilege.

What You'll Bring:

Strong expertise in Azure AD Tenant, PowerShell scripting, and API management.

Demonstrated experience with AD disaster recovery and automation.

Proficiency in Windows administration, Group Policy Management, DNS, WINS, and DHCP.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
