Workplace Host , where you will combine customer service, light security, and workplace ambassador responsibilities. This is an exciting

hybrid role

at one of Edinburgh's premier corporate offices. As a Workplace Host, you will be the face of the facility, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for colleagues and visitors while supporting the smooth running of the workspace. What You Will Do

Customer Experience:

Be the first point of contact for visitors and colleagues, answering queries and providing support. Manage visitor bookings, meeting room reservations, and desk allocations. Set up meeting rooms and ensure workspaces are clean, tidy, and welcoming. Facilitate client events and meetings.

Operational Duties:

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and workspace organisation. Unlock and lock the building, including light security checks as per procedures. Assist with mailroom services, deliveries, and consumable stock management. Report and follow up on building issues to ensure swift resolutions.

Collaboration:

Work closely with building management, landlords, and service providers. Supervise and support the team members to maintain service excellence.

A natural host who thrives on delivering excellent customer service. Proactive and self-starting, with a strong sense of ownership. Good communication skills with all levels of seniority. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and a good understanding of health & safety requirements. Able to build relationships and maintain a professional, approachable manner. What We Offer
