Workplace Release Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 - Bonus + Pension + Private Healthcare
Location: Salisbury - on site 5 days a week

Your Role
- Working in the EUS team, you will be responsible for managing the Software and Device Lifecycle processes - to be delivered to an estate of over 40k+ devices
- Liaise with vendors to determine support state and roadmaps
- Ensure all software in the Windows EUS Build is in a supported state and the Devices remain supported (including a view against new Operating System versions)
- Engage and communication with clients - therefore strong stakeholder management will be required, as well as organisation and attention to detail
- You will be responsible for creating and maintaining the refresh and lifecycle, to deliver continued End User Support to our clients
Your Skills and Experience
- Subject Matter Expert in Release and Deployment Management
- Knowledge of Service Management Best Practice
- Computer literate, including a good working knowledge of relevant computer software
- ITIL V3/4 Foundation Certificate
- ITIL V3/4 Expert or ITIL4 Managing Professional or ITL4 Strategic Leade
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (DV) clearance.
To obtain DV clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 10 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
