We are seeking a leader to join us in driving growth and innovation in our Workplace offer across the UK and Europe, working with local and global clients. Our focus on collaboration, creativity, and client-centric design aims to transform workspaces, inspiring productivity, well-being, and sustainable outcomes.As the UK Head of Workplace at Arcadis A&U, you will be experienced in developing Workplace Strategies for clients and leading the charge in shaping the future of Workplace design. Your role will involve cultivating strategic relationships with senior-level clients, driving business growth, building, and leading a team of Workplace Strategists to deliver exceptional solutions that delight our clients. You will also be instrumental in transforming these strategies into innovative designs that supports the growth of our Workplace Interior Design team to deliver profitable outcomes for Arcadis.Key Responsibilities:Drive business development efforts by establishing a robust project pipeline and generating revenue to support ambitious growth to £5m per annum revenue.Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key clients at a senior level, delivering bespoke design solutions that exceed expectations.Build the team of workplace strategists and designers and provide strategic guidance, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery while upholding high design standards.QualificationsQualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's or masters degree in architecture, Interior Design, or other relevant design related field.A seasoned leader with a proven track record in client relationship management at a senior level, you possess a client network aligned with the Arcadis strategy. Experienced at working with other internal experts to shape multi-disciplinary solutions for clients. You have a passion for driving innovation through creative workplace strategies, coupled with strong stakeholder management skills.Demonstrated success in senior leadership roles within the design industry, with a focus on workplace design.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to inspire and influence stakeholders.Delivered success in innovation, creativity, and pushing the boundaries of traditional workplace design with a key focus on delivering sustainable outcomes for clients.Additional InformationWe can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
