**Job Overview:** Workplace Wellness Lead We are seeking an experienced Workplace Wellness Lead to join our team at Procter & Gamble's UK Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the implementation of health and safety policies and procedures, and promoting a culture of wellness and safety among employees. The role will involve collaborating with line managers and HR to develop action plans for employees requiring further support or intervention, and regularly reviewing site absence data with HR to identify trends and agree required interventions. The ideal candidate will have a valid NMC registration, relevant occupational health qualifications, and experience in occupational health nursing within a commercial office environment. **Salary:** £60,000 - £75,000 per annum
