Works Manager - Civil Engineering Kearsley, M26 1GE Our story so far Bethell are a Manchester based civil engineering and utility services group, and are continuing its major expansion plans in 2025, targeting a strengthening of its workforce by up to 20%. Bethell, which has operated in the Northwest for over 150 years, has a significant number of framework contracts with the Utility sector, Local Authorities and key infrastructure clients. Tell us your story We are looking for someone with experience in Civil Engineering, infrastructure, and groundworks packages as part of a multitude of frameworks awarded by our clients, including highways, waste water, airports, and large scale groundworks packages. Ideally holding your HNC/HND in Civil Engineering, along with SMSTS accreditation. We want somebody with the drive and passion to grow with an already busy and fast-paced team, who can show an understanding of where each scheme is up to by monitoring ELFs and working closely with the commercial department, ensuring CVRs are accurate, and all costs are recorded. Responsibilities: As one of our Works Managers, you will be part of a busy team, and you won't be deterred from getting involved with all aspects of the project, assisting with the operational side, and also the management and everyday running of works carried out.
