We are looking for a

Works Planner

to join the team of a well-established organisation in the Chester area, on a temporary basis. This role is offering a great opportunity to gain more experience in a reputable company whilst working in a friendly team.

Monday to Friday / 40 hours Pay:

£14-16ph paid weekly via umbrella Location:

Responsibilities:

Scheduling out of hour and reactive maintenance work Liaising with tenants regarding work orders Assisting in the organisation of gas works Managing engineers' diaries and allocating work Dealing with fleet vehicles and transport Raising purchase orders and ensuring accuracy

Minimum Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role (Repairs scheduler, PPM coordinator, Works planner, Service delivery coordinator, Field workforce planner, Gas planner, Gas coordinator, Safer homes coordinator, etc.) Ability to liaise with contractors and tenants Ability to work in the office 5 days a week
