As a Works Support Administrator, you will assist our Midlands based Engineering team in their day-to-day activities, providing administration duties as and when required to all members of the Works team. This includes booking & coordination of the small works engineers and compiling O&M manuals for completed contracts/works. You will be working as part of a larger Works team, who will provide the support and training required to thrive within the role of Works Support Administrator. Key tasks include:
Booking & coordination of works engineers. Compiling O&M manuals for completed contracts/works. Completing RAMS for works jobs as required. Producing commissioning/modification certification for completed contracts. Scheduling delivery requirements for Project Manager(s)/Engineer(s). Completing contracts RTI’s within month end deadlines. Completing embedded proposals/quotations from information provided by others. Assisting the Department with typing letters and dealing with customer queries. Responsible for all general department filing and preparation of correspondence to be posted. Helping establish and develop best work practices and procedures to improve internal systems as well as your own role. What skills do you need?
