Job Opportunity: Workshop Administrator - Premium Automotive Team

Location: Tongwell, Milton Keynes Salary: £13.50 per hour Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM Contract: Ongoing (via Barker Ross Agency)

We are looking for a reliable and organised Workshop Administrator to join our client premium automotive team based in Tongwell, Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will have previous administrative experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing fines and penalty notices for speeding, including logging, processing, and paying them Keeping accurate records and ensuring all documentation is up-to-date Liaising with relevant authorities and internal teams to resolve any issues Carrying out general administrative duties to support the workshop team

The Ideal Candidate: Previous administrative experience is essential Excellent communication skills and professional manner High attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team Experience with handling financial transactions or sensitive data is beneficial
