Responsibilities of the role include: Overseeing the team of Technicians; organising Technicians’ workloads & daily Workshop tasks. Actively promoting productivity and high standards of quality of work. Liaising with customers. Ensuring the highest level of efficiency and understanding of customer requirements. Ensuring set deadlines are met. Effectively communicating with other dealership departments. Complying with company and Brand standards. Being accurate and precise with all administration. To work in a manner that maximises departmental profits. The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday, 08:00am – 18:00pm, plus Saturday mornings on a rota. Who Are We Looking for? Have a willingness to learn and develop. Be motivated by targets and look to exceed them. Have an ability to demonstrate effective time management.
