Salary – Dependant on experience (Up to £39,000) I am recruiting for a very fast-growing automotive dealership in the Aldershot area who are looking for an experienced Workshop Controller to join their hugely successful dealership. The successful candidate ideally will have previous experience as a Workshop Controller and proven customer service experience skills. You will have a busy and thriving workshop to manage on a daily basis. This position is responsible for all aspects of workshop daily management, from issuing work to technicians, tooling & equipment, and Health & Safety. Key Responsibilities:

To apply for our Workshop Controller role, you will need to be able to demonstrate some of the skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including: Previous experience as a Workshop Controller within a main dealership. Confidence, with a strong understanding of workshop processes and how to get the best from a team. Full driving licence. Any endorsements must be notified. IT literate.
