Workshop Controller £30-35k basic with £40-45k OTE Farnborough Permanent, Full Time Benefits:

Pension, Performance Bonus, Company Benefits Scheme, Long Service Holiday Reward, Your Birthday Off Duties and Responsibilities include: Making weekly checks on all workshop equipment. Ensuring loan cars and drop cars checks are completed in line with the company policy. Ensuring all work is carried out with regards to health and safety of the customers and employees. You will be the first contact for the customer as they enter the dealership. You will explain the repair process and then book the customers vehicles in. You must effectively sell products and services as well as making customer bookings. Assist the service manager with daily tasks, stepping into this role when they are off site and helping manage the front of house operations. Your background & skill: Experience as a Workshop Controller within a main dealer. Great at multitasking and working under pressure. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work well within a team.
