Workshop Controller required for a successful automotive leading main car dealership in the Bishop's Stortford area.
Our client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service department, and it is essential that you have previous working experience within a busy automotive workshop.
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday with 1 in 4 Saturdays worked.
Salary: Up to £34,000 with OTE £41,000.
Duties of a Workshop Controller:
Allocating work to the technicians within the workshop Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Supervising the team of vehicle technicians Complying with health and safety regulations and ensuring the workshop is a safe place to work
The Successful Workshop Controller will: Have previous working experience within a similar role Strong leadership skills A full and valid UK driving licence Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy workshop
