WORKSHOP CONTROLLER. To be considered, you’ll have to be an experienced Bodyshop or Workshop Controller with a stable and successful career history – alongside the drive, motivation and aspiration necessary to succeed. Working in close liaison with the Bodyshop Manager, your activities will extend to: Responsibility for the daily through-flow of the bodyshop/workshop, pre-planning and controlling all activities. Oversee and lead the running of an efficient technical department, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through achieving maximum utilisation of all facilities and resources. Motivating your team of Technicians to maximise productivity and efficiency without compromising on the very highest standards of quality.
