We have a fantastic opportunity for a

Workshop Controller

in the Exeter area with a Commercial Automotive Garage. As part of the team, you will be a key member at the heart of our operation. You will be required to run an efficient and professional operation to ensure complete customer satisfaction through the maximum utilisation of workshop facilities. This is a very hands-on, exciting, busy, and challenging role. We are looking for candidates with enthusiasm and a dynamic personality who will share our energy and passion and contribute to our ongoing success. We are very excited about the future; could we be a part of your future too? Minimum Requirements:

Strong management and leadership skills Excellent organisation skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise deadlines Experience of working to KPI’s, budgets, and meeting targets A proven track record of managing a team of staff Experience in the automotive industry is essential You need to be pro-active, take pride in what you do, have a willingness to learn, and be engaged with training and an interest in pursuing a career within our industry. Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience of working as a Workshop Controller, Foreman, Manager, or Service Manager Confidence with a strong understanding of workshop processes and how to get the best from a team Full driving licence; any endorsements must be notified IT literate; Kerridge knowledge would be a distinct advantage Good numerical and administrative skills, with attention to detail to ensure accuracy of KPI’s Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.00pm with a ½ hour unpaid lunch break. Every third Saturday 8 am to noon. Flexibility within the role is essential to meet the needs of the business and team.
