£34,000 - £37,000 basic, £42,000 OTE (Uncapped) Hours:

Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:30pm, 1 in 3/4 Saturday mornings

This is an exciting challenge for an experienced workshop controller who can confidently demonstrate their suitability for the role. You will possess excellent Man Management skills, be driven and focused. Your main objective as Workshop Controller will be to supervise the Technicians and Administration staff accordingly in a very busy workshop.

You will be tasked with supervising a team of Technicians to make sure the work is done to a high standard while at a reasonable rate. It will be your job as a workshop controller to make sure the vehicles go through the workshop in a seamless manner whilst liaising with the Service Advisors who can then keep the customers fully up to date.

This is a vital role to make sure the Technicians keep on their toes, prioritising work and ensuring that all the work is completed to manufacturer standard. The role will be busy so we need someone who isn't scared of working closely with the team and building a strong process.

Workshop Controller Requirements: Previous experience in a senior role preferable but not essential You must have at least six years of full time experience as a Vehicle Technician You must have Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance Must hold a full UK driving licence
