Manufacturer training Workshop Controller required for a successful, respected main dealer in the Bedford area.
Our Client is seeking a Workshop Controller to join their busy service department, and it is essential that you have previous working experience within a busy Automotive Workshop.
Hours of work for this Workshop Controller role: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8:00am - 1:30pm
The Salary being offered:
up to £38,000 with OTE £43,000.
Duties of a Workshop Controller:
Allocating work to the technicians within the Workshop Ensuring all associated administration is completed to a very high standard Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Supervising the team of Vehicle Technicians Complying with Health and Safety regulations and ensuring the Workshop is a safe place to work
The Successful Workshop Controller will: Have previous working experience within a similar role Strong leadership skills A full and valid UK Driving Licence Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy Workshop
