Workshop Controller Basic Salary: £30,000-£35,000 Working Hours: Full Time - Monday - Friday Location: Plymouth Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Workshop Controller to oversee the day-to-day delivery of excellent customer service and site profitability by motivating and supporting the Service Manager. Responsibilities of a Workshop Controller:

First point of contact to book in Workshop jobs Scheduling of Workshop Jobs in electronic diary Able to prioritise and organise workloads Contacting customers to advise of job completion Promote product support Proactively contacting customers to grow the business Requesting of order numbers where applicable Skills and Qualifications of a Workshop Controller:

Confident in the use of computers, with the ability to learn new systems Highly organised Ability to work both in a team and on an individual basis Attention to detail Would suit someone with a service background across HGV, plant, or agricultural machinery Job Types:

Full-time, Permanent Pay:

£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year Benefits:
