Job Description
A major commercial vehicle manufacturer is looking for a Workshop Controller in their busy Reading depot. This role consists of day-to-day management of the workshop and staff. The role holder will also liaise with the service team, other departments, and customers whilst being the key influencer of department KPIs. The role is responsible for ensuring all scheduled events are planned and managed effectively. Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the workshop. Liaise with service team, other departments, and customers. Influence department KPIs. Plan and manage scheduled events. Minimum Requirements: Experience in workshop management. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage KPIs effectively.
