The workshop in Biggleswade serves as a hub for repairs and maintenance, ensuring the reliability and performance of machinery worldwide. Role Overview:

As the workshop engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day repairs in the workshop in Biggleswade. You will be part of a team of skilled technicians, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to safety protocols, and high-quality repairs. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining equipment's reliability and supporting customers' needs globally. Key Responsibilities: Repair, overhaul, diagnostics and servicing of machinery. Pre Delivery Inspections of machines. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to maintain operational efficiency. Provide technical guidance and support to team members as needed. Liaise with other departments to coordinate repair schedules and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and maintenance activities. Requirements: Proven experience in a heavy plant or earthmoving equipment repairs workshop. Strong technical knowledge of machinery and equipment. Excellent communication skills. Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively. Commitment to safety and quality standards. Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or a related field are desirable.
