Job Requirements
Proven background within a Workshop / Fabrication supervisory or management role Based in a commutable distance of Cardiff NVQ, apprenticeship or similar qualifications within engineering / manufacturing Ability to read engineering drawings Experience in the welding & fabrication industry is a distinct advantage Good communication skills Workshop Manager
Salary & Benefits
Starting salary £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience Monday to Thursday 07:30 - 16:30, Friday 07:30 - 14:00. Full-time, permanent position.
