Our client based in Corby is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to join them on a full-time permanent basis, working Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm. As Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of welders/fabricators and the day-to-day running of the workshop. You will: Allocate workload to the team Support with any departmental issues Oversee health & safety Train your team To be considered for the role of Workshop Manager, it is essential that you have worked with steel fabrication and have experience managing a team in a workshop environment. In return, our client is offering a salary up to £50,000 depending on level of experience, 23 days paid annual leave rising with length of service plus statutory holidays, auto-enrolment pension after three months, private healthcare after six months, and on-site parking.
