Workshop Manager Job Overview
Manage, motivate, and guide workshop staff to achieve performance targets. Oversee and perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and tools. Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring the availability of equipment and tools. Ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed to the highest safety and quality standards. Plan and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines and operational demands. Implement and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations within the workshop. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and logistical issues effectively. In-depth knowledge of workshop safety standards and practice. Workshop Manager Salary & Benefits
