Workshop Manager , you will be responsible for supporting our customers to deliver on their business promises. Your aim is to ensure we get their vehicle back on the road safely and in quick time. You will be accountable for day-to-day performance across all aspects of the workshop, developing a results-focused Vehicle Technician and workshop team that complies with the highest technical and quality standards, driving innovation and improvement to minimise vehicle downtime and, above all, deliver on our service commitment to customers. Key Responsibilities: Lead the workshop team and ensure high-quality service delivery. Maximise efficiencies and opportunities to produce outstanding results. Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance. Address customer service issues promptly and effectively. Maintain compliance with technical and quality standards.
