Workshop Manager , you will be responsible for supporting our customers to deliver on their business promises. Your aim is to ensure we get their vehicle back on the road safely and in quick time. You will be accountable for day-to-day performance across all aspects of the workshop, developing a results-focused Vehicle Technician and workshop team that complies with the highest technical and quality standards, driving innovation and improvement to minimize vehicle downtime, and above all, delivering on our service commitment to customers. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the workshop team, ensuring high standards of performance and efficiency. Maintain technical knowledge and provide guidance to your team. Implement best practices to maximize workshop productivity and customer satisfaction. Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
