Workshop Manager/Administrator

to join our dedicated team. About Us C20 Motorcars works on a wide range of vehicles spanning a century, from 1900 to 2000. Our workshop provides high-quality restoration services, support for classic racing series, and more recently, classic car sales. We are located in a picturesque rural setting near Chichester, West Sussex. Role Overview As Workshop Manager/Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our workshop and office operations. This varied and rewarding role combines administrative expertise with a love for classic cars. Key Responsibilities Administrative Tasks: Manage company emails and phone calls. Plan the workshop diary and book vehicles in and out. Liaise with customers and suppliers. Process staff timesheets and assist with bookkeeping tasks. Operational Support: Order parts and ensure timely delivery. Reconcile accounts and process invoices. Pay suppliers and staff. Organise the workforce's time and manage efficiency. Event Coordination: Organise and book events, including classic race series support. Assist in planning and attending events and shows. Logistics: Collect and deliver vehicles as needed. Key Requirements Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Experience in administration, bookkeeping, and customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency with computers and accounting software. A passion for classic cars and the automotive industry. A valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle (due to our rural location). Working Hours Condensed workweek:

Tuesday to Friday, 7:00 am – 6:00 pm, with a 1-hour break spread throughout the day. Option to negotiate working hours for the right candidate. What We Offer A competitive salary based on experience.
